As part of a broader strategy, the Board of this Victorian health services organisation established an Education and Training Advisory Committee to foster collaborative education and training for healthcare professionals and researchers within their membership body.
*twelve (76) developed a suite of tailored education and training programs in collaboration, to better support current activity, add value to programs and establish new programs - undertaken through a Training & Needs Analysis.
Programs delivered utilise e-learning technology and infrastructure to facilitate teaching and learning within a health services environment. Ongoing in this project is the collection and reporting of data from training activities, the establishment of appropriate systems for reporting learning activities to the Board and Government funding agencies.
Organisational Leadership & Development
This mid-tier services firm with more than 850 professional staff nationally sought to build capability by enabling and empowering their people through effective knowledge, learning, leadership, talent initiatives and practices to help make a difference and better service their client base.
Working within the organisations People & Culture leadership team, *twelve (76) focused on the development and implementation of solutions and programs to drive a high performance culture, with the key focus of building individual, team and organisational capability through engagement and leadership.
Through establishment of the Leadership Pathway Program (LPP) , *twelve (76) facilitated Leadership and Management workshops, Learning programs and established career pathway trajectories through the identification of talent in critical roles and the strategies to overcome talent gaps within the organisations.
Transformational Workforce Development
Working with a large South Australian (SA) Water Infrastructure organisation, *twelve (76) identified, planned, managed and delivered a mix of Professional and Commercial learning packages to employees, with the skills required to perform in their jobs safely, and in line with a culture of service excellence.
Using the organisation's established Strategy map, *twelve76 selected learning program solutions, including provider(s), requirements of subject matter experts and delivery model(s) based on a return on investment philosophy.
Ongoing, is the development of Assessment systems, Evaluation and Functional Assessment tools and resources that demonstrate contributions to workforce productivity and accelerated learning - with learner data captured on the Human Resource CHRIS21 platform or future enrollment in the corporate training calendar.
