Principal team lead at *twelve (76), with responsibility of the Organisational Development (OD) and Enterprise (Workforce) Strategy function and portfolios: these encompass the Education and Training, Learning & Development (L&D) and Research Services across commercial projects and programs on workforce needs with our client partners.
My passion and specialisations are in utilising human-centered design approaches, that provides research and insights drawn from established methodologies including user-experience mapping and design thinking.
With more than 18+ years' professional experience as a senior Manager, I am a 'confirmed' Doctoral candidate and completing a Doctor of Professional Studies (DPRS): the Doctor of Professional Studies is a degree for the 21st century focused on creativity, innovation and enterprise to generate new knowledge in the context of application, and with identified commercial potential.
My skills and qualifications include, a Master of Marketing (M.Mark), Graduate Certificate in Research Studies (Business), Bachelor of Arts (Behavioral Science) and a Cert. IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110). As Director & Principal Research Lead, I take pride on being a collaborative and highly effective leader, as the leading Consultant I believe in continued communication and building relationships with our key clients and partners.
My current professional and educational engagements include ongoing research investigating new and emerging 'Workforce Capability and Innovation' themes delivered across Projects and Organisations. Complimentary I have Teaching and Learning responsibilities across a Graduate Certificate in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship program and a Master of Professional Studies (Research) with two Australian Higher Education partner institutions.
My key focus at *twelve (76) is to maximise collaborative institutional value, through the use of existing data and explore practical applications that are based on research findings to support continuous decision making - with direct input from all partners within the collaboration.
